How to Pay – Paying for your WalkingWomen holiday

Deposit & Balance

 

We take a deposit at the point of booking, followed by the balance 12 weeks before the start of the holiday.

  • A non refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking.
  • The deposit is up to 25% of the holiday on some of our international holidays over £1,500 due to costs to our partners to confirm the trip.  
  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel your booking. This covers the administrative costs.
  • The BALANCE of the holiday cost should reach us no later than 12 weeks (3 months) before the holiday starts. We will send a reminder the week before. Please pay your balance promptly. Do contact us if you have any problems.
  • If you do want to pay monthly instalments towards your holiday or have a different payment plan we can set this up to suit your individual needs. Just get in touch.
Payment Methods

 

We offer several ways to pay: Stripe, Bank Transfer (BACS) and WISE.

STRIPE
You can pay online via Stripe – an Irish-American recommended online payment platform.
(Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover & Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) China Union Pay (CUP)).
This is our preferred method.
